No runaround. No guessing.

How Repair Works

The same straightforward process for every customer in Browns Summit, Greensboro, and across the Triad — whichever service mode fits your schedule.

Every repair follows these steps

01

Submit a request

Fill out the short form with your name, device, and a description of the problem. Takes about 60 seconds. No account needed.

02

Get a quote

I'll review your request and send a written quote — usually within a few hours. You'll see exactly what the repair costs before anything is touched.

03

Approve and drop off / schedule

Once you approve the quote, we coordinate the handoff — drop-off at my bench in Browns Summit, a pickup from your location, or a time for me to come to you.

04

Repair

Most repairs are completed within 24–48 hours. You'll get an update when the device is ready or if anything unexpected comes up (it won't be a surprise).

05

Pick up and pay

Collect your device and pay when the job is done — not before. Drop-off customers pick it back up at the bench; pickup customers get it returned to their door.

Common questions

Do I need to back up my data before dropping it off?

It's always a good idea, but don't worry if you haven't — I back up your data before any repair that could put it at risk, and I'll tell you in advance.

What if the repair costs more than the quote?

It won't, without your approval. If a complication comes up mid-repair, I'll contact you with a revised quote before proceeding. You can always say no.

How do I pay?

Payment is due when you collect your device. Cash, card, Venmo, and Zelle are all accepted. You never pay upfront.

What if you can't fix it?

If the device isn't repairable, there's no charge for labor — I'll walk you through options (data recovery, replacement, etc.) instead.
